Order

To order, contact us per e-mail (info@prq.se) - and specify the following:

- Exactly what service you want. If you're unsure, feel free to ask.
- Which e-mail address to use for invoicing (and company name/VAT number and address if appliciable)
- Which currency you want to use SEK, EUR, USD (SEK is default)

If you want to, we'll also establish a written contract, but this is not a requirement.

Of course, you're always welcome to contact us if you have any questions or have needs not covered by our standard packages.

The following methods of payment are available:
- Wiretransfer
- Bitcoin
- Bankgiro

20% off all prices when paying 12 months in advance, 10% off when paying 6 months in advance.
Otherwise, payment is by monthly advance invoice (20 days net).
Initial payment terms for different services:
- Tunnel services, atleast 1 month prepayment before service is delivered
- Web, mail, shell services, atleast 1 month prepayment before service is delivered
- Co-location, invoice sent after server is received and put online
- Dedicated servers, atleast 3 months prepayment along with the setup fee before service is delivered
- Domainregistration, prepayment before domain is registered
- Domaintransfer, invoice sent after domain have been successfully transfered
- Special offers, atleast 1 month prepayment (if nothing else is stated) before service is delivered
